The purpose of the course is to provide masters of "International scientific and

technological and industrial cooperation" specialization with the foundations of organizational, objects and processes analysis, that are necessary for professional activity in international scientific and technological and industrial cooperation.

After passing the course students can abstract systems as objects, know principles and

methods for contemporary organizational analysis, including requirements determination,

modeling, decision making, and proposal development. Emphasis is on the specification of the information system's logical and physical analysis and design from a management perspective.

 

Целью изучения дисциплины является обучение магистров по международному

научно-технологическому и промышленному сотрудничеству основам системных

исследований явлений, объектов и процессов, имеющих место в различных областях и секторах международного научно-технологического  и промышленному сотрудничества.

В результате освоения дисциплины студенты получают умения представлять

«объекты» как системы с тем, чтобы использовать общую методологию анализа и

проектирования, и на ее основе применять имеющиеся теоретические или рациональные эмпирические решения.
