The course is led by the Analysis of the Competitive Systems Department on 1st year of

full-time study during the 1st semester (faculty members: Cherkassky Andrew I., Nikolaev Denis M.). The purpose of the course is to develop skills in working with text documents generally, particularly analytics as well as with presentations and demos, the mastering of which is necessary for professional activity in "International scientific and technological and industrial cooperation" specialization by students.

The skills acquired by students in this course can later be used during all the learning

program, including the writing and defense of graduation qualification project. As a result of passing the course students gain the ability to work with the following tools: Microsoft Windows operating system, basic office programs (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint), searching information in the global Internet, presentation of search results as a text document and in presentation.

 

Цель курса состоит в освоении бакалаврами навыков работы с текстовыми документами  в общем, с аналитическими отчетами – в частности, а также – с презентационными и демонстрационными материалами, владение которыми необходимо для осуществления профессиональной деятельности по профилю

«Международное научно-технологическое и промышленное сотрудничество».

Навыки, полученные студентами в данном курсе, в дальнейшем используются при

освоении всей учебной программы, включая написание и защиту выпускной

квалификационной работы.

В результате освоения курса студенты приобретают умения работать со следующими инструментальными средствами: операционная система Microsoft Windows, основные офисные программы (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint), поиск информации в глобальной сети Интернет, представление результатов поиска в виде текстового документа и в виде презентации.
